Service Guarantee:
Services are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your service. Please let me know within 48hrs post service and I will be happy to discuss the issue and fix the problem.
Refunds:
Refunds are not offered on services. However, there is a Guarantee on all services (see Service Guarantee Policy). If you experience an allergy you may be eligible for credit for another service (see Allergies policy)
Allergies:
If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please contact me immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you’ve experienced allergic reactions to lash perms/lash dyes in the past and think you may have an allergy to the products being used, please let me know before your appointment. A patch test can be administered prior to the appointment. Simply call, text or email me with this request.
Payments:
Payments may be paid by card (visa, mastercard, american express), cashapp, venmoe or cash, checks are not accepted.
Retail Exchanges/Refunds:
For sanitation and liability reasons, products that leave the Bare And Polished Sugaring Studio may not be exchanged, returned or refunded.
Late Policy:
If you are running late-
Please notify me if you are running late for your appointment. Failure to do so may result in your service being altered to fit remaining time available. If you are late by 15 minutes or more and I haven’t heard from you to discuss if I will still be able to see you for an appointment, your appointment will be treated as a NO-SHOW and fees may apply.
If I am running late-
Your time is just as precious as mine. And I try to keep my schedule running as smoothly as possible, but I cannot predict the challenges that may have come upon me with preceding clients. Therefore if I am running behind I will offer you 5% off for every 10 minutes you are waiting.
Cancellation Policy:
Due to the numerous amount of no call no-show appointments and clients canceling within 24 hours, there is a strict cancellation policy in effect. Canceling within 24 hours isn't adequate enough time for another client to get booked in.
No-Shows will be charged 100% full price of service booked. Furthermore, more than one no-show will result in your appointments needing to be pre-paid at time of booking your appointment.
Cancellations made in 24 hours or less will be charged 50% of the full price of the service booked. For appointments booked same day, cancellations must be made no sooner than 4hrs in advance
Your card on file will not be charged upon booking. Only after rendered services and for late cancel or no show fees.
